JENS HANSSON, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Jens has two decades of experience from private equity and venture capital investments. He is an engineer by trade and has prior to his career within the finance industry acted in leading industrial positions and as CEO for a publicly traded company. Jens currently acts as partner at private equity firm Dedicap AB. Jens has a M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Chalmers,
Gothenburg and a B.Sc. in economics from the Gothenburg School of Economics
ESKIL SÖDERLIND, BOARD MEMBER
Eskil has more than 25 years of business experience in life sciences and has been instrumental in the incorporation of more than 10 different companies. Eskil has an established network of contacts in the MedTech industry crucial for the project. Eskil has a PhD in molecular biology from Uppsala and holds an MBA-diploma. Eskil is a co-founder of Colzyx.
INGRID ATTERYD HEIMAN, BOARD MEMBER
Ingrid has extensive management and board experience from the food industry, pharmaceuticals, biomedicine, life science, women's health, and financial services, as well as experience as a board member and chairman of the board from several listed Life Science companies. Ingrid has been involved in streamlining, strategy development, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. She holds a M.Sc. in Finance and Industrial Marketing from Lund University and an MBA in International Business from Uppsala University.
ROLAND NORBERG, BOARD MEMBER
For 50 years, Roland has run companies in both Sweden and internationally. He is a specialist in brand development. Roland id the founder of Strategic Market Research Institute, the parent company of a small privately-owned group of financially oriented subsidiaries.
