JENS HANSSON,
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Jens has more than two decades of experience from private equity and venture capital investments, not the least within the medtech area. He is an engineer by trade and has prior to his career within the finance industry acted in leading industrial positions and as CEO for a publicly traded company. Jens currently sits on the boards of Ascilion AB (SE), Brainreader A/S (DK), Dospace Sweden AB (SE), Lurkit AB (SE), Sura Magnets AB (SE) and WorkMotions AB (SE), and is a partner of private equity firm Dedicap AB (SE). Jens has a M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Chalmers, Gothenburg and a B.Sc. in economics from the Gothenburg School of Economics.

Dr. Mitch Sanders is an experienced entrepreneur and scientist with 30 years in advanced wound care development. He has 70+ peer-reviewed publications, numerous patents, and secured over $65M in partnerships. Formerly CEO of ECI Biotech and CSO of Alira Health, he is now the CEO of ProDevLabs LLC, a leading wound care R&D and preclinical CRO.
Johnna Hafner,
BOARD MEMBER
Johnna has 25 years’ experience in the medical device industry in the EU and US. She spent a decade at Johnson & Johnson at Ethicon, focused in surgical technologies, led global marketing for a PE-owned wound care company, and recently led the market launch for a US wound care start-up. She advises various medical device companies across EU & US specifically on go-to-market strategy and product launch.
